Drinking, No sleep, and new Thievery!

What did I say about a week ago...don't think I am going to drink for a while or something to the affect? huh....oh well.

3 car bombs, shot of vodka, and 2 beers later.....here I am.

Mike (from Radio 1190 not to be confused with Tom's roommate) IMed me at about 10pm and told me to call him and after a bit of coercion, he picked me up and we went to his house. He, Ben and I were having our own little party of three. Matt (Radio 1190) made a brief apperance as well. Played some video games, and since I haven't practice the Halo goodness in what seems like forever, I really sucked when drunk.Tony Hawk was not much better. Around let's say 1 or 2, we decided to watch Euro Trip. Funny movie. Poor Scotty.

Curled up and for better or for worse, I didn't fall asleep. I was comfy, I was tired, I just didn't sleep. I think it was case that I was worrying and thinking too much, mostly about my show.

I have to say (and he'll probably smack me for saying this but...) Ben is really adorable when he is sleeping. He's also a real sweatheart. I'm happy to have him as my friend.

Yeah.

Earlier in the day I ran into someone I hadn't seen in forever, a friend of mine Kay. It was nice to seee her again and be able to catch up with her a bit. She liked my now extremely faded dyed hair (if you can't tell from my profile photo, I dyed the front bits bright purple), Kay called it a sunset. Which makes me debate about my re-dye plans this weekend (back to something normal for my interview this week).

I think today was the earliest I have arrived at the station since this summer, 6:30. I tend to roll in at 6:57 these days, sometimes later.

Alright, I am straing to get the awful pit of the stomach feeling. No more drinking for me for a while.

So I had one of my litte gasps for joy this morning, there is a new Thievery Corporation album in rotation this morning. w00t. and from what I've heard....it sounds awesome!

I have so much stuff do and my goodness, when and how I am going to get it done is left to be determined.
