I just got back from Jeff's going away party. *sniff* I am going to miss that kid. He's moving to NYC but hopefully I will be able to visit him.

I also caught up with Loki and chatted with him. I brought my uke, Harold, to the party and Loki showed me a few coards and how to strum, etc. yay!

I am sort sick (again). blah. one week healthy, one week sick. I am 99% sure it is because I am living in the dorms. blah. Most of my residents are really sick.

Tomorrow night is the DORMAL!!! (Dorm + Formal = Dormal) So excited and I get to DJ! However I need to buy a new 200+ CD case to fit the rest of music into before the dance. woot for 800+ CDs!

In other exciting news...it is official....I have a job this summer!!! I will be a camp counselor at Camp Wyane for Girls in Preston Park, Pennsylvania (about 2 1/2 hours outside of NYC). After a 6 hour interview with Noel (the camp director), I got the job. Yes it was a 6 hour one-on-one interview, more intense than a million RA interviews. Anyway I will be teaching sculpture, possibley Tie-dye/Batik or maybe drawing and painting. Super excited! Also Terra, with whom I graduated from high school, is also a camp counselor there. I haven't seen her in about 4 years, really amusing.

Also I have started the campagin to stop swearing, if I swear in front of you, smack me. Same goes for lued comments. Hanging out with geologist and radio geeks really does it.

Dad and I are planning to road trip out to Penn for my job. I am uber uber excited for that as well! I want to visit every cheesey landmark and geologic site along the way!

Well I made it though the super crappy holiday known as Valentine's or as I like to call it, Single's Awareness Day. I bought myself a little plant and I got bought a rose and a carnation for myself from a group on campus raising money for cancer research.

I wore the "I'm normal, please date me shirt" which got a few comments and stares on Valentine's Day (more so than usual in fact). The comments included "Doesn't that scream desperation??" and "Wait....you're not normal!".

I always say that shirt is a bit of false advertising.

Well I know I don't have class tomorrow but I should go to bed.
