Sick and it sucks

Blah. I'm sick. I've spent most of the day in bed sleeping...sleep is so good and I have been having fun wacky dreams.Everytime I wake up though, I'm exausted and sniffly.

I went to my first class this morning, Physics recitation to turn in my homework (which the two parts of it will usually take me about 3 hours to complete). So I go, barely able to talk and walk (dizziness) and arrive 15 min early for class. I ask my TA if I can turn in my homework and leave. She said no, I have to stay in class to get credit. I beg with her and still she will not relent. I wasn't about to back down, I spend so much time working on the stupid homeworks. So I tell her I'll stay and I sit and put my head on the desk with a package of tissues and fall in and out of sleep for the next 20 min. And although it didn't upset me that much (I was more miserable than anything) I know I had tears steaming down my face but I am relatively calm. So after about the first 5 min of class, she lets me leave (just this once). I immediately went back to Sewall and wrote an e-mail to the head of the Physics department. He is going to invesitagate it and then get back to me. I e-mailed him because of one of two reasons: 1) I have never had a preofessor at either UCD or CU-Boulder make me stay to get credit for homework if I am sick. 2) She teaches two sections of that class, I am sure I am not the only student who has been sick.

Staff meeting was good today, despite the fact I am still soooo dizzy. And I missed Intro to Islam which kinda makes me mad, cause I really love that class.

Well I have to work on my GIS presentation and then pass out. so so so sick.
