Catch up Friday

So Friday was "see people I hadn't seen in forever!" day. Daniel had called me and so we went out in the afternoon and had a smoothies on Pearl St. It was good to see that guy finally.

Then after I got back to Sewall, my friend Kelly called. Kelly and I met my first semester in Boulder at the Indian festival called Holi. She is much like me in the whole cultural identity crisis thing. We went and saw a French flick called "Intimate Strangers". It's a good movie but it has no real ending, very open ended. It reminded me of an Italian film I saw (also with Kelly) called "Heaven".

I am at the station and although I just made the 3rd 1190 mix...I need to make a 4th. There are so many songs I forgot like "Rocked by Rape" and some Jens Lekman, etc.

Anyway back to Kelly, she just got back from England with her boyfriend. I didn't really know this before but Kelly is younger than her boyf he's 29 and she's 19. I think that is so awesome that they can be completely over that. Maybe I still have chance with some guys if they can get over tha get over age difference. I am not saying I am looking for a guy who is older but if he happens to come along and like me...so be it. Age really isn't much of an issue for me.

I am trying with all my might not to crush on Kevin, seriously. I really want to become friends with him but not freak him out or anything. He just such a cool guy I can't but help like him a little.

Alright I suppose I should be paying attention to the board, it is my job. :p
