Movie and CDAF

The movie was awesome. Mike (aka crush boy) picked me up at my apartment. I decided on the new skirt, hamtaro shirt and converse. Cute and indie. Mike's mom seemed to like me. We hung out for a while before the movie. Mike and I sat together during the movie and made little comments throughout. It is a good movie (okay I have not read the book so keep that in mind) but I love Audrey Tatou. She rocks my socks. I had a ton of fun with him and his mom.

Mike said he might not be able to go to the Colorado Dark Arts Festival. He asked I call him after my show and he let me know. I called him the next day but he said he had a bunch of stuff to do in Boulder.

I drove down to Arvada and picked Londyn up. We stopped at Kokoro so I could grab some lunch (yummy yummy curry) and then headed to the Church. We kept gettin stared at where ever we went, I kept forgetting we were looking like a couple of goth kids. It was fun but Londyn and I are "social vampires" and there just wasn't enough energy happenin' for us. We did see some interesting characters, most of whom were checking us out. There was "Devil Lurch" and the guy with mowhawk hair who owns a hearse and was taking pictures. If you'd like to see more pictures Gothic Enigmacy has tons of photos and also video of the bellydancers.

We walked to Cafe Netherworld and hung out there for a bit. There was a really cute gay bartender, he was really funny. We also stopped by Pandora's Box and Buffalo Enchange (and this cool guys' shop to try on hats) just for kicks. Everywhere we went, we had eyes on us. We decided to call it a day and walked back to the car. We got a "Hey Ladies!" a guy yelled from a car....which made us giggle. We totally need to dress like that more often. We grabbed Burger King for dinner and then I drove up to Boulder (which was a windy ass drive).

Current Mood: Tired and don't want to process data... still.
Current Music: Well I should listen to the new Elequent CD but I am watching TV (Stargat SG-1 and Deadliest Catch).

yay Dark Arts and dressing like a goth kid! Oh, how I miss it. Btw, you were right in my brother's neighborhood- he lives just south on the same block as that Buffalo Exchange, and goes to Netherworld all the time (well, at least, he used to).

Arvada is the greatest city on Earth. We used to have a tranny city council woman.

I keep meaning to write a long journal entry about her (formerly him) and our on-again-off-again love affair, but it might make a better wikipedia article.

Love ya babe.

ktczq-the almost inaudible sound of us sucking energy from other people to feed our insatiable need to party party party.
