Holy shit. It is amazing. I just got back from my first night and I am blown away. This program is wonderful.
Few unexpected things...
1190 kids....Shervin (Chunk of Funk/Current GM) and Sean (Basemetalism/Old GM) are both in the program as well.
There were 120 applicants for Boulder, 10 were accepted.
I am the only female.
This guy there, Ian, is from Lakewood, and he knows Matt. I started talking to him and like the second thing he said was "you are friends with Matt right?". I was like "Matt, my Matt??? Matt Crow?!?" Ian is friends with him, they both went to Red Rocks. I miss my Matty. When we were doing introductions Ian figured it was me because Matt talked about his friend Steppie who is an 1190 DJ.
The place we are working at is mind blowing. I will take my camera tomorrow and take photos.
Current Mood: Estatic.

If I was a stand-up comedian, I'd have to think of a clever routine for every city (or at least state) I went to.
I would do that bit right after my opening one to make the crowd feel like they're special.
