I also drove to Boulder from my home in Lakewood all by myself in the rain and fog this evening. My dad was on the phone (I had my headset on), in case I started to freak out.
It was okay, I would have talked to myself even if I wasn't on the phone.

I wish you could've stayed too! Although my room did get a little squashed with people sleeping in it. Or maybe spaces just seem smaller when you're trashed... Drive safely, remember, most people on the road are crazy and you have to help them. And I have no problem with driving while on the phone as long as it someone where you can suddenly go "SHUT UP MUST DRIVE" and then resume the conversation once the crisis has passed.
