I had a pretty awesome day yesterday, good start to the weekend. It was the last day of classes. I stayed up until 2 am working on my Cartography take home exam. I watched Adult Swim and talked to Londyn via AIM while I was working on it. I got more and more loopy as the night went on, I am suprised she was able to deal with me.
Despite not having my exam done (we could turn it in up until 4pm), I went to Cart. Our prof had cookies and brownies for us and we just sat around talking. I didn't know anyone in the class really but ended up chatting with these two guys, both Geography majors. One is taking Alan's Maymester class (Colorado Field), the other guy Steven is going to be taking GIS 4700 this Maymester (geology class I took last Fall), and he is in my Remote Sensing class for this Fall and may take the other GIS 3050 class I am also taking in the Fall.
I went and had lucnh with Phil, Elizabeth, Jessie and PJ. PJ hugs are the best. I got lots of PJ hugs yesterday, it was happy. PJ is the newest RA on our staff, he's awesome.
I went to American West which was pretty much like usual. World Music was a bit of review, but man did I love that class this semester. Great class. Kwasi (our prof) was telling us that we should study in groups for the exam and the guy next to me (whom I've talked to once or twice before) suddendly turns and asks me, "You wanna study before the exam on Tueesday, like 3:30?"...I was kinda shocked for a second "Um, sure!" So yeah it will be good to have a second brain to study with and bounce ideas off of before we take this exam.
As I was walking back to Sewall to finish off and send in my take home exam, this guy walked by with a plate of homemade cookies and gave me one, just cause. Finished and e-mailed my exam and then did nothing all night long except veg.
So happy and the snow is so pretty.
Today was also a pretty awesome day, didn't get anything done school-wise. I hung out at the station, did my show, Ben and Travis stopped by. Ben offered to go on a road trip with him to Boston, I dunno, I'll think about it. Just chilled and veged until 4 and then picked me up and we went and saw Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy with Peter (1190 Computer Guru), Craig (friend of Ben's), Ben, Mike (former 1190 enginerd), and Dixie (rocks my socks). After the movie we played a bit of Halo 2, went to dinner at Chili's and then played more Halo 2.
I am still in love with Mike's car (see Ok Go concert post).
Hitchhiker's was better than I expected. Looking forward to the sequels, cause it will happen. They set it up totally.
Mike is leaving for the military, that bitch, but I promised to write and send baked goods (cause I am going to further improve cooking and baking skills this summer). He promises to write because he will be bored off his ass, he is going to be training in South Carolina.
Oh and Ben told me Jeff will be out here next weekend. If he doesn't come say hi, I get to kick his ass (yeah, that's right Jeff...bring it bitch). ;)
Well I should go to bed, right now at best I can get 5 hours of sleep.

You know a PJ? Hehe, I know a PJ! I stumbled upon your journal, after perusing some people on LJ's CU-Boulder Community. My sn on there is smokensilk, but I don't post on my journal anymore, but I look at my friends lists.
Anyways, so PJ? You should ask him if he used to live in Andrews, by the laundry room freshman year. He was in ROTC that year, if this is indeed the same person.
