I stopped at Sally's, Picked me a upa new color for my hair! and Boys, as always

I am terrible because I have neglected to mention that I dyed my hair! I did it last Sunday night. I just dyed the front bits bright red. The most amazing part is that it is staying. yay!! So eventually I might bleach it all and dye it with the same stuff. I didn't use maic panic or special effects but actually some L'Oreal stuff I bought at Sally's.

So boys...

I haven't really talked to Ben since Weds. I invited him over last night (since I was stuck on duty) but he said he was going to hit the hay after the Sox game. He's sick so I can understand. Unless something happens in the near future, I am really begining to lose interest due to his flakyness....which may just be due to baseball playoffs season...but I think it is something more. So whatever. I can let it go if that is what is going to happen.

On another note, I got an e-mail from Tom (guy I met at the 1190 party) on Thursday. He talked about meeting up and trading anime. I suggested last night (since I wanted to do something but Ben wasn't coming over) and he said that it would be good. However some buddies of his from Denver came over and so we ended up talking online for a while, he said he could come over but wouldn't be able to stay but we decided maybe it would be better if we met up today instead. (He was really cute and suggested that if I was able to sneak out I was welcome to come over to his place and hang out, sucks to be on duty.)

So after I talked to Tom for a bit, a few of us decided that'd we'd watch Colorful. I have to say, Colorful is on crack...wait...it's more like acid. Anyway just to give you an idea of how crazy it is, the back of the anime case says "Roses are Red. Violets are blues. This show's about panties." And it really is, not only that but it is a serious trip with all sorts of crazy graphics and sounds inbetween the main "storyline" (if you can call it that). And on a scale from 1 to Mouse, I'd have to say close but not quite Mouse as far as content, but as far as weird....it's off the charts. If you ever want to watch the 2nd craziest anime (the first being Tamala 2010...."go to hell with me"), then see Colorful.
Just don't say I didn't warn you.
Apparently you can buy it at Best Buy. Talk about messed up.

So in short, I have a new friend and hopefully we will hang out today and trade some anime, and watch some stuff. Oh I sent Tom my Vampire Hunter D to Bjork's the Hunter AMV. He really liked it. I need to make more AMVs. I told Amanda that Tom and I were going to trade some anime and she said "oh god, not another one". I am a CD/Random video goddess. I can't help it.

Oh and Loki is going to be having another 1920's party. So if A. It is in Boulder and B. I can go to a different night of divesity training. Then I'll ask Tom if maybe he wants to go.
