Today I hung out with Amanda for a bit, we did some errands, just hung out, ate chocolate cake and read Cosmo. I've never read so much trashy filthy articles in my life...it was a lot of fun!
Amesie's mom is crashing at my place tonight since she is up in Boulder for a swanky event and going bike riding tomorrow. I have to say that the swanky event was super swanky and I wanted to go. The had ROTC navy guys in their whites escorting ladies to the door. Damn me for not dressing up....I so could have flirted with a cute guy in uniform as he walked me to the door. *sigh* As much as I hate to admit, there is something about a man in uniform...with an accent even better...esp British or Brit like...German is really good too.
Anyway I really wish I could go swing dancing...totally dying to now. There were all these old cars and swing music. I wish we could do like a 1940's swing theme party sometime. All dress up in vintage clothes and such. It'd be so much fun.
Speaking of retro..I need to figure out something to do with my hair...maybe I'll look online for some styles I can try out but this ponytail thing..no matter how convienent, is really bugging me.

Dood, I'm just reading your blog for the first time in a little while, and I was very excited to see the Streets lyrics up. I really like the music video for that- I saw it on MTV in London, and the song was on the radio everywhere I went, not to mention the posters advertising it at the tube stations!
P.S. teehee, I love Cosmo. Especially in the hands of a guy on Valentines Day. ;-)
