I am a Domestic Goddess!

Whoosh! I just got done doing a whole ton of dishes.

Scary huh? Steppie cooks and cleans, I know I know...not expecting it.

I am the girl that lived on Ramen noodles for the longest time to avoid cooking. I think my avid aversion to cooking and cleaning comes from the fact that my psycho Aussie mum made me do it constantly with no real 'freedom'. For example, tonight I made just some simple spagetti and sauce...but I like to drain my noodles and then put them pack in the pot with a bit of olive oil and stir them for a minute or two before serving, I got yelled at in Australia for doing that.

So gradually I am warming up to cooking again. I have a really cool frying pan...I know I just used the words 'cool' and 'frying pan' in the same sentence, 90% of the time I use the word 'cool' is with rocks or music or stars...sometimes rock music stars. I also have a really cool cookie sheet...which inspires me to get chocolate chip cookie makings the next time I go to the store.

So I didn't go to the Colorado Dark Arts Festival like planned....I called Matt but he never answered...so flaky but he makes up for it in spontenaity. I ended up hanging out and cleaning. I hope shops are open tomorrow, I need to pick up a few things for the kitchen and more importantly my dad's b-day gift. He turns the big 50 on Tuesday.

Well I think I am going to put a few things away then hit the hay.
