Oh , Halo.

Mmmmm...Master Chief....

Ben and I played Halo 2 on X-box Live last night. It was fun. I drank one too many hard ciders and now I have a bit of a headache. I'm such a lightweight.

I really like the dynamic Ben and I have now which is pure friendship, we just hang out and have fun, it's great!

People are always shocked a girl plays Halo. I don't see why it so strange, I grew up on games like Wolfenstein and Dooms 1 & 2. First person shooter games are fun. It cracks me up when I get to talk on the mic and everyone freaks out. Like the chick in the comic on Phil's door says "I am woman, see me game."

Ben got me a (slightly illegal) copy of Sims 2. He's been downloading like a madman. I'll have to load it tonight and see if it works. Sims 2 is going to be sweet.

I was going to hit the gym today but since I am not feeling up to par, I am going to clean like hell still and maybe run some errands.

I really can't wait till I can see people, Londyn, Ames, Miss Eleanor, Jeff, etc.

Oh and I thought I'd mention that Sewall is still creepy as all hell when ther is no one here. The other night I heard long moans every 10-15min, it was probably the pipes but it is freaking scary. I need to go down the office at some point and do the mail. I think I am going to take my CD player and headphones and do it then leave and go do mail in the Quad.

I just remembered, quick story. So last night I covered Loki's (and his co-host, Uncle Jeff) show called Route 78 West on 1190. So I was DJing, having fun as usual, got to talk to Jessica (j-pop) and Bob (Music Machine) which was fun. Bob is a relly cool guy. Anyway while I was DJing, this guy called up. He told me I was doing a great job and that he really liked my voice, very radio-esc. He also told me that I seemed to be very musically diverse since I can cover J-pop, and Route 78 West and still do the Weekend Morning Show. He cracked a geology joke too (my profile on 1190 mentions that I am a Geology major). He said he's listened for a long time and just never called in but he just wanted to say how great I am and wishes more DJs could be like me.

It totally made my day.
